Hidden Gem at Caulfield Park

Positive: Spacious, clean, central, walk to parks, shops easy to find. Negative: N/A

Great fully kitted flat with excellent transport connection Positive: Beautiful, clean apartment. Kitted out with all you need. Even supplied coffee pods and teabags. Washer/ dryer was very handy for us too. Nice balcony to sit and have coffee on a sunny morning. Secure free parking at the door was handy as the tram to the city centre was a couple of minutes walk from the flat, so the car sat for a few days.

Hidden Gem has lots of Pros Positive: Comfortable beds, very clean, convenient location, furnishings nice, good appliances- (not that we used) Quiet Negative: Poor selection of coffee and tea. Environmental concern of coffee pods. Too many knick knacks. Annoying that remote control gate key doesn't fit in lock box- going back up and downstairs to get it. Stairwell in building to flat needs recarpeting and repainting. Stands in stark contrast to nice renovated flat. Im not a fan of all the fake plants

Easy walking distance to public transport. Well furnished. Quiet. Host is a great communicator. Of street secure parking is a definite bonus.

We had a very good time. The apartment is clean. We had everything we needed. Thank you very much!
