City Views 202 in St Kilda

Spacious and comfortable. Homely. Would book again Positive: Spacious. Location was great - close to Balaclava station. Staff were responsive when issues arose. Apartment was generally clean. Bed was comfortable. Couch was large and very comfortable. Underground parking was convenient. Easy access to ALDI. Negative: Washing machine and dryer were dirty. Iron board and iron itself were both burned and unusable. The quilts were hotel style but we didn’t mind as we used our own quilts and pillows.

Overall super happy with this apartment and I'd stay here again. Positive: Great location. Spacious. Aldi supermarket just below to pick up any essentials. Balcony is nice to watch sunset. Fast internet. Clean and comfortable bedding. Generally exactly what you'd expect for a serviced apartment. Negative: Make the search for the lock box a bit easier, consider having a video or some more detailed instructions and pictures. Provide milk in the fridge alongside the coffee (even long life milk would be okay).

150mtrs from St.Kilda road trams , good 1/2 hour walk to St.kilda beach and Acland street Positive: A nice apartment with good facilities . Close to trams. 1/2 hour walk to St Kilda Beach. Right above Aldi supermarket and a pub with great food and atmosphere across the road. Negative: The location is not great.
