Overall super happy with this apartment and I'd stay here again. Positive: Great location. Spacious. Aldi supermarket just below to pick up any essentials. Balcony is nice to watch sunset. Fast internet. Clean and comfortable bedding. Generally exactly what you'd expect for a serviced apartment. Negative: Make the search for the lock box a bit easier, consider having a video or some more detailed instructions and pictures. Provide milk in the fridge alongside the coffee (even long life milk would be okay).

150mtrs from St.Kilda road trams , good 1/2 hour walk to St.kilda beach and Acland street Positive: A nice apartment with good facilities . Close to trams. 1/2 hour walk to St Kilda Beach. Right above Aldi supermarket and a pub with great food and atmosphere across the road. Negative: The location is not great.

Positive: Everything is fantastic for the price. Great location, comfortable apartment with all the necessities. They are really thoughtful with the details. Apartment building is really secure. Highly recommended. Negative: The only thing I didn't like was having to submit a picture of myself and my passport to an app I don't know or trust. But I am a bit crazy about data security.
