Very comfortable home in the perfect location.
Positive: location, very comfortable, kitchen was decent, sofa bed was very useful to watch TV on, quiet neighbours
Negative: it was a bit dirty, the bathroom needs a good clean

The place was well below expectations for a $320 per night room (the hyatt is the same price!!)
Negative: Needs refurbishment. the water in the shower was variable and ended up scalding my wife.
