Good size, safe, comfortable and roomy Positive: Very roomy and secure. Car parking is a bonus. So close to the beach and Albert Park Negative: Lacking in facilities. Bare minimum only. Fake plants overkill. 14 fake plants! 🤮 Smelly couch like a dog smell. No good

A block from the beach and around the corner from the number 1 tram that goes straight to Federation Square, I can’t imagine a nicer location, even if I hadn’t found The Guilty Moose for my morning coffee! (Don’t miss it!). The apartment was spotless when we arrived and Levi and Iman were incredibly responsive both to pre-arrival questions and in addressing a minor WiFi glitch we had that was quickly resolved. The apartment layout is a bit odd - bath at opposite end from bedrooms however, the bedrooms are incredibly roomy and comfortable with tons of storage. Bleakhouse Lane is a bit quirky as well - all of the apartments back into businesses on Victoria hence it looks a bit industrial, however, one can walk to near endless fabulous things - from incredible restaurants to one of the world’s best yarn shops (Wool Baa) we always felt comfortable and safe. Albert Park is terrific, and this was a great place to stay.

Amazing location. Close to public transport and great food and shopping options. Very comfortable and inviting accommodation.
