Positive: Very stylish and clean. Apartment catered for our needs very well. Location was very nice and leafy lots of trees lined the street. located within inner city and close to transport. Owner very nice and responsive if any questions or needs. Definitely would stay there again next time in Melbourne.

Great apartment in the heat of South Yarra, close to everything, perfect place to stay for work or a getaway in Melbounr
Positive: Very well maintained, clean and comfortable apartment in a nice building.
Negative: The hot water couldn’t have lasted a bit longer, but it wasn’t such a big deal.

Some improvements needed
The bath tap didn't turn off whilst trying to have a shower and the hot water didn't last long.The bed was making us itchy, so not sure why, if it was the washing detergent in the sheets or something, never had this before and stay in BNB's all the time.Was not in the apartment very much, so it was just okay.

Location, location, location
Perfect location to explore Melbourne with both the train and tram lines a few minutes walk from the apartment. We enjoyed our stay and it was a great base for our daily trips our stawas

Charming
Great little flat in an older block of units. Very nicely styled! Very narrow passage to get to the parking, but there was parking outside on the street too.
