South Yarra Urban Haven

Positive: Very stylish and clean. Apartment catered for our needs very well. Location was very nice and leafy lots of trees lined the street. located within inner city and close to transport. Owner very nice and responsive if any questions or needs. Definitely would stay there again next time in Melbourne.

Great apartment in the heat of South Yarra, close to everything, perfect place to stay for work or a getaway in Melbounr Positive: Very well maintained, clean and comfortable apartment in a nice building. Negative: The hot water couldn’t have lasted a bit longer, but it wasn’t such a big deal.

Great little flat in an older block of units. Very nicely styled! Very narrow passage to get to the parking, but there was parking outside on the street too.

Central location and by time to leave we worked out shops cafes etc … Positive: Beds were good…kitchen very well equipped although we didn’t cook ..great coffee machine…unit overall was well presented and quite clean. Attractive decor and furnishings Negative: Access …too many stairs . Washing machine combo clothes dryer DIDNT work and flooded kitchen.(owner sent repairman …but still didn’t work)..owner also sent money so we could dry towels in pay dryer downstairs. Bathroom door locked and I couldn’t get out. Very frightening as I couldn’t wake my sister for over an hour in middle of night….. .once again owner had it repaired No fly wire on windows in lounge so couldn’t open window for fresh air. Couches very low and soft , difficult to sit in No instructions on where to possibly shop or eat out ..

Very comfortable and great location. Positive: Great location, quiet and close to trams and train station Negative: Instructions on identifying key safe could be clearer. More than one key safe at the location. Limited tea/coffee provided.
