Urban Uptown: Stylish Richmond

Disappointing Positive: I had re booked this property due to the pool and spa facilities and was disappointed to find that they were closed for renovation during our stay so we did not have access to them. There had been no communication regarding this at the time of booking and when I contacted the host I did not receive a reply. I had two very upset kids who had gotten into their swimmers and gone down to the pool to find it was not in use. Negative: Communication about facilities being closed that are advertised as being available at the property and fair compensation for the lack of facilities.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, with trams, cafes, restaurants and the city all close by. It is spacious, quie Positive: We loved the convenient location, just moments from trams, cafes, restaurants and the city. The apartment was spacious, peaceful and provided a relaxing place to stay.

Positive: Spacious and well appointed. Easy access via lift including to underground car parking. Negative: Very noisy with doors onto deck open as work was being conducted on site.

Positive: The room is brand new and tidy, with a beautiful view of the Yarra River Negative: Only a few issues: the door lock didn't work well and the faucet wouldn't shut off properly.

Perfect location , easy access to MCG, tennis and the city. Positive: Comfy quiet location. Close to tram and coffee shop.
