Beautiful room, shocking service. Pools closed. Gah! Positive: The room itself was beautiful. Very well maintained and stylish. Negative: Well through booking.com, turns out, in a hidden sentence, the pool is closed. So that was just a disaster. When asking for a partial refund, we were told via text by Melbourne apartments we could stay or leave, with a full refund. We had one hour to get out. So we did. But it was unbelievably rude and stressful the way it was all handled. So many emails and confirmations, but deep within the booking site, only once mentioned the pool closure. Ridiculous.

Disappointing Positive: I had re booked this property due to the pool and spa facilities and was disappointed to find that they were closed for renovation during our stay so we did not have access to them. There had been no communication regarding this at the time of booking and when I contacted the host I did not receive a reply. I had two very upset kids who had gotten into their swimmers and gone down to the pool to find it was not in use. Negative: Communication about facilities being closed that are advertised as being available at the property and fair compensation for the lack of facilities.

Positive: Spacious and well appointed. Easy access via lift including to underground car parking. Negative: Very noisy with doors onto deck open as work was being conducted on site.
