Comfortable stay in a two bedroom apartment Positive: We liked spacious sitting room with well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Big balcony and lovely coffee shop just across the road. Parking area. Comfortable beds. All excellent 👍 Negative: We liked everything 😊

Great- I will do it again Positive: Great location and excellent facilities Negative: Reasonable requests for an hour late check out is to be considered, an hour does not make your world fall down but could make a huge difference in customer satisfaction rating from say 9 to 10. Particularly when your check in time is at 3, I don’t understand why you shouldn’t be allowing a customer to stay an hour extra!! I had kids with me, and with teenager kids you need extra time to make them get ready on time, so you need to look at requests on a case by case basis, not a blanket No !!

Spent a lovely comfortable 2 weeks in Chic Abode. A 5 star stay for us. Positive: Loved that it was very clean, the beds were so comfortable. It had everything we needed including a car park, a supermarket only 5 minutes walk away as well as the huge Caulfield Park just around the corner. We would absolutely recommend this 5 star property for a very enjoyable stay.

Positive: 停車方便，客廳臥室空間大，客廳有桌遊，環境乾淨，大的窗戶。有兩個衛浴，很棒。廚房附碗盤餐具，茶壺，膠囊咖啡壺，煮東西的鍋子，調味料油鹽胡椒。有洗碗機和洗衣機。鄰近電車站，交通很方便。附近走路10分鐘就有一間Coles，亞超，chemist。傳訊息，客服會立即回復。對面有一間早午餐，不錯吃。 Negative: 客廳和主臥有空調，次臥沒有空調，只有暖氣機。住3天以上，要帶衛生紙和洗衣粉，不會額外提供。沒有更換床單毛巾和丟垃圾的服務。煎牛排的不沾鍋刮痕超多。房間窗外剛好有棵樹，樹上的鳥很多，半夜，鳥會聊天。

Great property & location; lacking attention to detail Positive: Location, layout + facilities were great, thank you. Negative: - Cleanliness; stove top was dirty (clearly not cleaned)+other areas were surface cleaned only - Key collection required a call to the owner/contact prior to arrival (on the day); who suggested that i was attempting to check-in earlier than allowed bc of background sounds (i was 4hrs out of melbourne)
