The Fulton Residence

First impressions when you are at the property the entrance is very run down and smells very bad the property is located Positive: It's clean Furnitured nicely . It did the job. Negative: No privacy every window is looking into another unit. No fly screens on the windows. They do have aircon in every room but lol don't like aircon l prefer to sleep with the windows open. The dinner set is very run down had chips on most of the bowls definitely needs updating. Oven wasn't working but to their credit sent some out straight away to fix the problem. Balcony very small really not able to use it. The TV connection isn't great kept dropping out couldn't watch Chanel 9 at all. We stayed 7 nights and were give 3 garbage bags . 2 washing sachets. No cleaning products so l went and bought more garbage bags washing up liquid stay and wipe and laundry detergent.

Positive: The apartment was extremely clean and had everything we needed.. plenty of cooking pans, a coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hair dryer, iron. The beds were super comfy and the Aircon worked well on hot days ! It was super easy to check in and communicate with the host and find the apartment. It was about a 15-20min walk to most of the bars, cafes, shops and train station... However this wasn't a bad thing as it meant the flat was extremely quiet at night and we slept well. You can walk to st Kilda beach as well in about 30-40mins. The TV reception could be patchy but we used netflix on there just fine to watch films. Overall we had a brilliant comfortable stay here for a family holiday. The apartment is a nice size for 3 people to stay comfortably. We'd stay here again if we come back to Melbourne. Ideal for those who want a quiet comfortable peaceful stay and don't mind a tiny bit of walking to a train station or shop. Negative: Aircon condensation dripping could be a bit noisy on the balcony

Modern and beautiful apartment with great accessibility Positive: Modern and chic apartment close to the trams. Very beautiful designed and kept, clean and cosy. Negative: Toiletries were provided in very small quantity for a family stay. Similarly a few more cooking essentials like Salt and sugar can be provided.

Very comfortable- home from home. Would definately stay here again. Positive: Excellent location, modern spacious clean apartment with all utilities, air con in each room

Enjoyed our stay Positive: The hosts were easy to deal with and everything was straight forward. The rooms are well styled, clean and comfortable with everything you need for a stay. We were staying there for 2 nights and had enough supplies supplied for the 4 of us. Negative: Parking has a narrow driveway, but has enough space to park comfortably and turn around in.
