The Fulton Residence

Fantastic, comforting adn would absolutely recommend Positive: The flat was an excellent base for managing our move back to Melbourne. The layout and facilities were excellent - it is so light and bright which makes it a lovely place to be. There is a small local coffee cafe round the corner: Phoenician and a little corner shop. Very convenient to get into the city (trams: 5, 64) at the end of the road and bus to the beach suburb 603. Negative: Just have to be patient and aware of the narrow driveway with a car. We had a Honda sedan and it fitted - not sure if a family SUV size would fit for the turn at the end.

Positive: The apartment was very stylish and well furnished. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our trip. There was plenty of free, untimed street parking and we always found a spot. We would be happy to rebook if we returned to this area. Negative: Shower could use some TLC. Couple of chipped tiles etc. Not a big deal but surprising considering the rest of the apartment.

Positive: It is a very nice and neat apartment. Good location and very quiet. We had great stay for 3 days holiday.

Beautiful, comfortable and fully equipped. Positive: Beautiful apartment, very comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. Negative: The parking entrance and exit are a little narrow and inconvenient.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is in a fantastic location, short distance from the beach. It was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were super comfy, and everything was well looked after. Our host, Abby, was lovely and attentive. We would stay here again.
